Free Tier

AI Wedding Toast offers a free tier that allows you to generate your first wedding speech at no charge. Because no payment is required for free-tier usage, there is no refund applicable for free-tier features.

Paid Plans — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies to the initial purchase only and is intended to give you confidence in trying our paid features risk-free. The 7-day window begins at the time your first payment is processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hi@forgelink.co with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following details: your full name, the email address associated with your account, your order or payment confirmation number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 7-day money-back period, for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period, or in cases where the account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
